encodeSchema
Writes the whole schema definition, starting with the tag, into the buffer.
The number of bytes written must equal schemaSize. The default writes schema.
Parameters
buffer
The buffer to write schema data to. Must have at least schemaSize bytes remaining.
Throws
if the buffer doesn't have enough space
